GUWAHATI: A workshop on ladies empowerment by means of poultry farming was lately held in Guwahati, Assam.

Dr. Reema Saikia, Assistant Professor, Division of Poultry Science acted as course Director and Dr. Leema Bora, and Dr. S. Payeng, Assistant Professor, Division of Extension Schooling, School of Veterinary Science, Assam Agricultural College, Khanapara acted as Course Coordinators.
